This room is located in a quiet, well-maintained home in a desirable Sanford neighborhood. We additionally split utilities and other household bills 4-ways with proof of receipt.

We want to make sure the person moving in with us can withhold some basic rules such as keeping areas clean after you use them, keeping lights off when you’re done in a shared space, and making sure bills are paid in a timely fashion. If you feel that you can accommodate those basic rules, we will get along just fine!

The current lease is a 2-year lease and it ends in August of 2027, you can opt for a month-to-month, 3month, 6month, 1 year, or the 14th months remaining on the lease.

There are 3 other individuals at this property, myself included. Each of us have gainful employment and come and go from the house on a daily basis.
