Room to stretch on a quiet street, most tenants who rent rooms with us tend to be college students, travelers, or young professionals just getting started in life. The environment is quite independent with a focus on school or early career. Although it has a feel of being a pseudo dorm house, being a student is not necessary.
There is ample space of common areas including the kitchen, livingroom, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, and patio.
Location: Nicely tucked into the neighborhood a few blocks from 122nd and Foster and a hop away from Leach Botanical Garden, it’s a great balance of convenience for walkable bus stops and main roads close by without as much bustle outside all the time.
About us a bit: You might see us from time to time. Hubby lives part time between here and our other property nearby, mostly only here when working on construction projects around the property. Otherwise we’re nearby with Hubby doing creative projects like audiobooks, 3d printing, or making an app, and Wify working with an NGO in Africa helping impoverished women learn entrepreneurship. We otherwise enjoy Netflix and board games and hanging out with our littles.
