Hi, I am renting part of my furnished two-level townhome in Oxon Hill, MD to one person ($1700) or a parent ( up to $1800). If my job approves a full time remote schedule, I will likely be away for the majority of the year. This arrangement wouldn’t work out for someone that doesn’t like the thought of being alone or would be disappointed to live with someone else if it doesn’t work out. You’d have to be fine either way! And of course, every race and ethnicity are welcomed!
It’s important to note that this is a Christian household, so drinking, smoking, deity statues/ rosaries, new age stuff etc… would not be welcomed here. My place is very conveniently located.
