Hi, I am a female in my 30s and I come with an elementary age child. I am seeking full time remote status at work and I am looking for a place near family in Southern Florida, Charlotte, NC, or Frederick, MD. It’s important that you live in a good school district. I can and have lived with people across many races and ethnic background successfully, but I do prefer to live with people with similar values as a Christian.

Big NOs* No pets or smoking (indoor/ outdoor) for me. I can’t do bugs or rodents either and prefer updated places with my own nice bathroom and access to a nice kitchen.

Job Requirement
