1908 Bungalow with 4 BR, 2.5 bath in quiet NE neighborhood. Home is charming with modern amenities (new central A/C!) There is a private backyard with firepit and grill for sharing. Shared kitchen is fully equipped to prepare almost any meal. Room is in finished basement with shared bath. Plenty of daylight and nicely refinished. Room is furnished with queen bed, dresser and desk. Perfect for someone new to town and getting settled in.

About the roomies

Both work remotely from home M-F, and our offices are downstairs. I’m a chef/consultant and Eric is a project manager. Prefer calm and respectful environment. We have 2 small dogs that sleep a good part of the day. They do play outside, so if you miss having a dog around you get your chance. We’re looking for a roommate that is clean, a good communicator, and responsible. We don’t smoke, but we do drink.
