1908 Bungalow with 4 BR, 2.5 bath in quiet NE neighborhood. Home is charming with modern amenities (new central A/C!) There is a private backyard with firepit and grill for sharing. Shared kitchen is fully equipped to prepare almost any meal. Room is on the top floor with its own private bath. Plenty of space to relax in private.

Both work remotely from home M-F, but offices are downstairs. Prefer calm and respectful environment. We have 3 small dogs that sleep most of the time. They do play outside, so if you miss having a dog around you get your chance. We’re looking for a roommate that is clean, a good communicator, and responsible. We don’t smoke, but we do drink.
