Front door opens up to a huge open yard perfect for dogs, pool and hot tub, and dog park. Backdoor opens up to a courtyard and your parking spot.
Long-term lease would be ideal but open to month-to-month or shorter-term.
Moving here from Houston, originally from Rhode Island, PwC/audit for 2 years, Navy/NSW for 7 years, ship broker in the oil/gas industry for 2 years and now consultant/biz dev in the government contracting space. Traveling for work and fell in love with Tampa - just decided to pick up and move here.

I have a 2-year old golden retriever, Dug, who is a very good boy. He knows “Sit” “Stay” and “Down”, also gives very confident “Paw” upon request. Novelty skills include “roll-over” and “spin” if there’s a treat involved.
He loves walks, dog parks, and is good off-leash…but has never turned down an opportunity for free scratches . We play a version of Fetch where he runs to the ball then chases a squirrel and then I go fetch. In his free time, Dug enjoys binge-watching Planet Earth and The Dog Whisperer.
