Moving from Houston to Tampa. Open to teaming up with someone looking at apartments in Hyde Park, South Tampa, or downtown.
Looking for a bed/bathroom for myself for 3-12 months. Open to month-to-month as well - if shorter term, I will likely use the time to house/apartment hunt.
My ideal would be someone stuck in an apartment lease or has a roommate trying to move out for the remainder of the lease. A house with a backyard would be great as well.
Originally from Rhode Island, PwC/audit for 2 years, Navy/NSW for 7 years, ship broker in the oil/gas industry for 2 years and now consultant/biz dev in the government contracting space. Tampa is the hub for this and fell in love with it on my last trip.
Extracurriculars: ice hockey, pickleball, beach volleyball, skydiving, diving, karaoke, dive bars, spontaneous adventures, good vibes, great energy.
Final note: I have a 2-year old golden retriever, Dug, who is a very good boy (Rover profile in photos). If this is a dealbreaker, I have the option to keep him in Houston for up to 6 months.
