About the room
Room comes partially furnished (bed and desk) but I can help get rid of anything in there you don’t want. Room is ~11 sq ft with high ceilings and a shitton of closet space. Kitchen is already pretty stocked w/ silverware, glasses, tupperware, etc. No AC but we get a nice cross breeze during the day (we are on 2nd floor). Willing to chip in on an AC unit if desired. Pets not allowed in our unit sadly. Smoking not allowed in complex (neighbor also has respiratory issues) but idc if you like to drink/get high via non-smoking methods; we all do sometimes.
The unit comes with a parking spot which I do not use so you’d be welcome to have that. Unit is in gated complex w/ pool and is right next to a Whole Foods and <1 mile from a Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s. It’s also across the street from a park and library w/ a farmer’s market every Saturday AM.
About the roomies
I have friends and/or girlfriend over once a week max; can provide heads-up as needed to suit your preferences. Usually quiet unless I’m with friends or playing games online (max 3 times a week usually; lmk if this is ever an issue). I work in-office during the week and when I’m in the apartment I’m usually just in my room unless I’m cooking/eating.
I like things to be pretty clean but don’t have a schedule; can do a schedule if needed but so long as you 1) clean up various parts of the apartment every 2-3 weeks of your own volition or 2) are willing to help me clean every 2-3 weeks within a week or so of me asking, things should be fine. I don’t care how clean you keep your room; that’s your space.
About me personally: I like to stay in touch with my dorky side. I love art, animation, movies, games, volleyball, trains, and niche internet subcultures. In my free time I’m usually engaging with a hobby or on YouTube or Reddit.
