The room is partially furnished with a tv & tv stand a love seat a white storage cabinet & some other miscelleaneous items. If you don’t want any of the items I can have the moved out. I am a retired senior. I get up between 4:30-5:00am every morning. I go to bed between 7:00-9:00pm. I have a 5 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. I rent out 3 rooms to working seniors.
