About the roomies

My father and I share the house. We are looking for a quiet, responsible person to share the expenses. Absolutely NO Drugs! No overnight guests! Also No pets and no smoking in the house! I work so we do go to bed early. I do require a background check which will be done by the office which is $50 paid to the office. Also there will be a small application fee.
