My father and myself share the house we are looking for a 3rd person to share the expenses. Absolutely no drugs, no overnight guests, and no smoking in the house. This is a quiet house. I work full time and we go to bed early. My father and I will do the 1st interview and if my father and I call you to come back for 2nd interview, this will be with the office. You will need $100 non-refundable for application and background check. Once approved you will be added to the lease.
