✨ Looking for a roommate in Santa Monica! ✨

Move-in is flexible between mid-July and August 1st.

You’ll have a large, sun-filled bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The apartment has a bright open living/dining area, balcony, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven), and a generous pantry. Laundry is in the building, and we have a shared parking spot plus easy street parking with permits.

The location is one of the best parts—it’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Montana Ave, the beach, and tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, Pilates and yoga studios. Everything is incredibly walkable.

little about me: I work in interior design and am usually in the office, with the occasional work-from-home day. I keep the apartment clean and appreciate someone who does the same, especially in shared spaces. Outside of work I love hiking, beach days, ceramics, Pilates, painting, flea markets, reading, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. I’m social and always happy to chat or hang out, but I also really respect personal space.

Looking for: Someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. That’s honestly my biggest priority. Bonus points if we become friends, but absolutely no pressure.

Unfortunately I’m very allergic to cats, so I can’t have any in the apartment. Dogs are welcome my current roommate has the sweetest, best-behaved dog, so I’m definitely open to another pup!
