A bedroom in a single-family house (close to Buona Vita restaurant, Enfield, CT) is available from August 1st, 2026 or September 1st, 2026 based on your convenience. Super peaceful and safe neighborhood. You will know when you see it. Feel free to reach out to schedule a showing before it gets occupied.

Background and Credit check required. Non-refundable first month rent as the earnest money to hold your position till the move-in date and a security deposit of one month rent required on the day of move-in. Monthly Rent is $825 plus utilities (electric, heat bill in winter, and internet) are shared by 5, which varies from $50 and $150 per person per month based on the season (summer/winter). I am an avid winter hiker/skier besides working as a software engineer 9-5. All of us are either working professionals or students, being considerate and respectful. All of us are men in 20s and 30s besides an older gentleman who keeps to himself. We prefer a male roommate. I love pets but unfortunately, no pets/animals are allowed this time.
