Hello! We will soon have one 12×12 bedroom available in a quiet Arvada neighborhood.

We’ve lived together on and off for the last 7 years and get along great! We are looking for someone who seeks to live in peace with their roommates and wants a safe space to live. We would also prefer no loud partying, smoking, drugs, etc.

We do have a beautiful, bubbly dog and we are also leaning towards a woman renter, but the right man would also be considered.

There’s street parking in front of the house and access to the common areas of the house. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement and a beautiful backyard for use full of foliage and flowers. I am working on getting more pictures up, but genuinely it has been a joy to live here!

The area is made up of families or young couples and often the neighbors will stop to talk to you- it feels like a community. We would love to meet you!

We’re looking for a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you! Who you live with is so important- we want you to know you’ve chosen the right place to lay your head at night.

I’m 35 and the 50 year old landlord lives in the basement with her 21 year old daughter- all professional women! It truly feels like a family here. ❤️
