Hi, my given name is Michael Lee and my nickname is River. I have an interest in a bedroom for rent. Three weeks ago I came over from Hawaii and bought a 37 foot sailboat. I have it docked at Palm Cove Marina on Beach Blvd. They will only allow a boater to live-a-board for 30 days. I have at least another month of work to do before I set sail and depart Jacksonville. I prefer a room located in the general proximity of the Marina. About me: I am a physically fit older dude who has done a lot of world travel. I don’t drink or smoke, but I’m tolerant with other people’s personal choices. I mostly eat veg and fish. I am quiet and respectful, but I have a few travel stories to tell.
