I’m a mature female who is a well adapted self starter and newly empty nester. I’m venturing out on my own and looking to move out of a crappy mobile home park jn Clearwater, fla. The room is just for me so a furnished room would be ideal.

I have tried other classifieds and it can be nightmarish out there on craigslist-

I’m very chill and drama free. Happy-go-lucky and I’m told I’m fun to be with. Even by small children. I’m waa also a nanny so I work different hours as needed- thej i did executive assistant duties but am slowing thinga down after an emergent 8hr spinal surgery- I am doing very well- Raised two successful men, now it’s time I take care of me.
