I’m either a reserved or outgoing person depending on my energy levels, I love doing my fair share of housework. All for having a roommate chore list and splitting costs for household items. Big cleaner and organizer, don’t like messes. My cat’s name is Pookie her previous owner had her front claws declawed and I keep her back ones clipped, so no worry about scratched furniture. I’m moving to Chico to go back to college.

I’ve already looked into a few places with great prices. All of them are relatively close to Chico State, priced between $1,100/$1,600 a month. I’m looking to move in August, which gives everyone time to get things sorted beforehand if we want to discuss our plans or get to know one another.
