The Area: A 5-minute walk from the Nugget + Starbucks shopping center, 7-11, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and other gas stations. Target/Larger Shopping Centers are a 15-20 minute walk or less if you take the bus. There’s a bus stop outside the apartment and several others less than 5 minutes away.

Property Amenities: Newly renovated gym, common room, and on-site laundry facilities. There’s a pool/hot tub with areas to grill food and hang out with family/friends. Free parking on-site for tenants, plenty of unlimited time street parking for guests.

On-site property manager M-F, maintenance M-F, Recycling and Compost collection in addition to trash, and free low-speed wifi complex-wide M-F. On-site mailboxes, secure larger mailboxes (not for Amazon, more UPS/FEDEX/USPS), and outgoing mail letter Dropbox.

Apartment Amenities: New In-unit washer and dryer. We have central AC and heating, deck, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a 4-top stove.

Bills/Rent: The water is provided by the apartment. The heating goes into the PG&E bill (no gas bill). We pay PG&E (varies by month, split evenly) and our wifi bill monthly (split evenly, will be changing this August).

Room: Large (normal size), full sliding glass 2-door closet with hanging rack and upper deck storage space, door leading directly into the bathroom.

Looking for someone who plans to stay at least 1 year, length of a year-long lease.

We do accept people with at least 1 cat. Dogs no, my cat is terrified of them.

2 roommates, 2 humans, and a fat, moody cat name Pookie aka Lil Shit. We are positive-vibed people, who like to socialize or, be out in nature. We value a clean environment, respecting one another, and working together to make things easy. Each of us split the chores as evenly as possible.

Typically, we keep to ourselves during work days but tend to come together at night, and on the weekends. We’re both night owls who run hot and use the AC during summer. However, we do open the windows at night when it’s cool.

We both watch various TV shows/Movies/Anime, if you want to hang out or chill together we could plan group activities together. We have a relaxed environment, guests are welcome as long as a heads-up is given beforehand.
