Hello. We are a married couple looking to share a house rental with the right person(s) to save on high rental costs.

We prefer a home over an apartment because we prefer a backyard/garden area, even if small. Our doggies are very friendly and generally quiet.

We may be not typical housemates in that we do not really “party”. Not judging others but we do not drink or smoke. I guess we are rather boring lol! We would prefer similar preferences our housemate(s). An occasional drink on a special occasion of course is fine for us.

We also prefer no overnight guests unless it is a spouse or have a temporary visiting relative. We are traditional in that way.

We are also clean and like cleanliness. We are not perfect and do not expect perfection in this area, yet we desire housemates who have and appreciate similar clean qualities, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen!

We are also kind, peaceful spirited people and generally quiet. We do not play or like loud music expect once in a while. This includes loud television. Again we would like housemates who ha e similar preferences in this area as it would work much better.

We also respect the privacy of others and desire the same in our housemate(s).

Finally we both have solid clean backgrounds and desire the same in housemate(s). We are willing to submit to background checks to prove it and would desire the same willingness from potential housemate(s). Perfection again is not necessarily required. But we believe it is mandatory to take extra safety precautions these days, especially if you are living with someone new. Thanks for understanding.
