I am a very private person while respecting the privacy of others I appreciate and maintain the cleanliness of my personal area as well as common areas. I find common decency and mutual respect very important qualities and any person. I am from Austin Texas originally and have lived in San Antonio for over a decade.. recently divorced as a year ago and simply looking to downsize momentarily while saving for long-term goals and making new friends in the meantime.
