Hi! I’m looking for a great place to call home. I work full-time as a partner at a local shop in Nolita, so I’m out of the apartment quite a bit during the week.
I’ve lived in my East 11th Street apartment for the past 14 year, moving because my longtime roommate is moving in with his partner, and our lease renewal finally wandered into “absolutely not” territory.
I’m clean, tidy, quiet, and genuinely respectful of shared spaces. I’m the kind of roommate who washes dishes as I go, pays bills on time, and believes home should feel calm and easy for everyone.
I have excellent credit, strong references, stable income, and I’m happy to provide whatever documentation you’d like.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, photography, movies, live music, and wandering through galleries downtown.
I’m a non-smoker, a social drinker, and very much a “meet friends out” person rather than bringing the party home. My cooking is pretty minimal, and I’m completely comfortable in vegetarian or vegan households.
I don’t currently have pets, but I’d be thrilled to live with a friendly cat or dog.
