My credit score is currently around 600 due to a past divorce, but I am working on it. I am financially stable and not looking to be judged solely on that. Right now, I am taking time to complete refresher training and continuing education for my profession, as well as training for a higher-paying opportunity in AI-related work (around $130/hour). Also some day trading on the side, and I work remotely

During this time, I will mostly be: Studying and training during weekdays Doing some online day trading Keeping to myself in a quiet, respectful manner I am not a disruptive tenant—I value peace and quiet, and I’m simply looking for a stable place where I can focus.

I previously worked in real estate with Keller Williams, so I understand both sides of the rental process. I am also completely open to a background check so you can feel comfortable.

On a personal note, I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep a positive attitude. I don’t cause issues and tend to keep to myself, though I’m friendly and approachable.
