My roommate and I have lived together for a couple years now in a 2b. We’re currently applying for a 3b & are considering taking on a 3rd roommate. I work full time & go to school part time. My roommate works 3 jobs. We stay busy & when we come home we are very low-key & respectful of each other. We’ve got a solid thing going & we’re looking for someone like minded. A single individual only (no couples please), someone who works full time, doesn’t party, no drugs/cannabis ok, is respectful & doesn’t plan on having a lot of visitors. We’re pretty laid back & accepting of others for who they are. We just want to find someone that we vibe well with. Since we can afford the property we’re looking to rent on our own, ideally we’d like to offer someone to pay a flat rate (all utilities included) of $800 or $900 per month. The other option we’re considering is going for a slightly more expensive property & splitting everything evenly. We’re waiting to be approved on a specific property & if that goes through we plan to move within the next 30 days. We’re working with our current property management & they have us down as a “gold star tenant.” (Their words 😊).
