My current roommate & I have a third bedroom we’d like to rent. The room to be rented is the master bedroom (16x12) that includes a vanity area (8x6) & private bathroom, making it a pretty large master suite. The monthly rent is $1100 & that also includes propane, water, trash & WiFi. The ONLY bill we’d like to split 3 ways is the electricity bill. The house sits on about an acre of land & the owners just did a $20,000 renovation to the inside of the home. New carpets, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new fixtures & new countertops & new bathroom vanities. The home is located just off lotus road in a very peaceful area about 17min from downtown Placerville & about 10min from HWY-50. We just signed our 1yr lease mid June & we’re looking for someone who will be able to get on the lease through June 2027.
