I don’t smoke, no pets and I’m a quiet person. Im not in a relationship and am not looking to change that any time soon. I have experience living with mix age/gender households and get along with everyone just fine. I respectful of others needs in a household such as sleep schedules, house “rules”, keeping the house clean, ect.

I have a letter of recommendation from my current landlord of a year and my previous one which was a few years.
