It’s 15-min away (on foot) from Louisville Arboretum; close to Boulder, Highway 36, Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont, Superior, and from Main Street in Louisville. Unfortunately, owner doesn’t allow cats, but a small dog may be considered.
I’m a female in her thirties who will be starting her grad studies. I have a 6-year old well-trained dog (~25lbs mutt) that is very chill and loves a good cuddle. I’m considerate, responsible, and clean. I don’t smoke and prefer a cigarette-free home. I enjoy reading, yoga, meditating, hiking, cooking. I would love to find someone who I can be friends with, but also open to have a mutually supportive living environment if you prefer it.
