A 2-bed/2-bath condo unit that is 15-min away (on foot) from Louisville Arboretum. In addition to your furnished bedroom, you’ll have a private bathroom and a designated, underground GARAGE parking. Property is close to Boulder, Highway 36, Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont, Superior, and from Main Street in Louisville. Unfortunately, owner doesn’t allow cats, but a small dog may be considered.

A female in her thirties who will be starting her grad studies, and a 5-year old well-trained dog (~25lbs mutt) that is very chill and loves a good cuddle. I’m considerate, clean, and don’t smoke. I enjoy reading, yoga, meditating, hiking, and cooking in my free time. I would love to find someone who I can be friends with, but also open to have a mutually supportive living environment if you prefer your own space.
