Hello! I’m updating because we are 2 months from finishing our lease, and two of our roomies are moving out, so we’re looking for two more!
I have a 5 month old puppy, one of the roomies who is leaving has a dog and two cats, so the pup has been raised around them all and is very friendly. If you have a cat, a dog, or both, we’re open to it! There are two rooms available on June 1. One is 750/m and shares a bathroom with Tracy (F). The other room is 850/m and has it’s own bathroom. The utilities are ~100-150/month on top.
About you: Race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, whatever, doesn’t matter to me. You are a good person who is genuinely well intentioned. You have the ability to comfortably hold up your end of the rent. You’ve lived with people you haven’t really known before, and you were able to live happily and comfortably together. You know how to have a good time, but maintain a typical working professional schedule. You know how to respect the people around you, but also set clear boundaries of your own. You’re willing to have open, honest discussions around your expectations, things you want, things you don’t want, and are generally a decent communicator. I’ve found that roommates who communicate well get along great, and roommates who can’t communicate struggle to build a happy home. I’m looking to live in a happy home with some new friends I haven’t met yet.
