Hello! We have a 4 bedroom house with 3 roomies and we’re looking for a fourth. The room is $850/m and has it’s own bathroom. Utilities are typically $100-$150 each per month. Our lease renewed 6/1, so we are hoping to find our roomie as soon as possible.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near hiking trails and Vancouver lake. It has 4 large bedrooms with plenty of room for a bed and a desk, and two large living rooms so there’s always some public space available. Our garden is currently exploding, and will be for the foreseeable future. So I hope you like veggies and bonus points you’re hungry.

On the paperwork side, each roommate has to go through the management company’s application process ($40 fee, 650 minimum credit score). Property management has been great to work with, and we have had zero issues over the past year. We have really been able to turn the house into a home, and hoping to find our fourth!

The three current roommates are myself (38/m/civil engineer), Tracy (29/f/Grad Student), and Cole (35/m/accountant). We all work full-time jobs, and are in and out of the house regularly.We have 2 dogs, an 8 month old puppy Roger, and Cole has a 7 year old vizsla name Karen. They get along great :)

We’re all pretty laid back, looking to live our busy lives, make some good memories along the way, and live a generally happy existence around good people.
