I’m very quiet and respectful of you and all house rules and mostly keep to myself. I keep my space clean and always clean up after myself in common areas. I always pay on time and am not high maintenance. I would prefer female roommates if possible, I don’t have a criminal record ( you’re welcome to do a background check if you’d like) I don’t smoke , drink alcohol or do drugs ( but have no problem with you drinking or smoking if that’s something you enjoy doing) and I very rarely would ask to have a friend over but we wouldn’t be noisy and it would only be during the day or early evening and I would never have anyone visit me late at night ( but I don’t mind you having guests over whenever you please) . I never complain and I’m very easy to communicate with. I also don’t have any pets but I’m perfectly fine with you having pets of your own.
