Heyo, I’m Charlie (they/them)! I am queer and trans/nby, so I am very LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-friendly (AuDHD squad). I am a big extrovert and thrive when I am living with other folks. I have been told that I am a friendly, positive, chill, and communicative housemate. :^)

Looking For: Two or three other like-minded folks to apply for a house with and I want to have a place locked down by around May. I would love to find a +1,500 sq/ft 3 bed/2 bath place with a fenced yard and a garage with a max total rent of under $2800.

About Me: I have several past housemates who have offered to vouch for me and my critters (I come with a very friendly Lab/BC mix named Lyra and two cats named Cooper and Wilson). I have great credit and a solid rental history with steady income. I know how to do dishes and clean up after myself and would love it if my housemates also were down with that too. I also enjoy being friends with the people I live with, but it’s not necessary. All I ask is that you also know how to do dishes, clean up after yourself, and pay bills on time.

About the critters: Because of Lyra, I have to land in a house with a fenced backyard, and I am very okay with that. One of my cats is very particular about other dogs, so they could vibe with another cat, but not another dog.

I was an RA for several years in college, so I know how to facilitate communication and mitigate conflict. As a full-time grad student at Lewis & Clark and who also works two jobs, I am not a huge party person and I love being able to sleep, so having mutually agreed upon quiet hours is important to my sanity. I do enjoy having a friend or two over for dinner and a movie every so often though, and I am 420 friendly. I just ask for it not to be in the house.
