I’ve been renting a town home in Riverbend for a year now and with the cost of everything going up really need to get a roommate. I lost former home because of mold and had to move to New Bern so still trying to recoup financially from that.
Rent here is $1,200 with about 400 more for water, internet and Electric. In the summer a lot less than that for electric. I would be willing to pay more than half of that if you’re a good roommate, kind and considerate… I would pay $900 and you $700. And I have the bigger bedroom so I may be willing to do a little bit more than that. I’ve already gotten permission from the property manager and you just have to apply with them. Two bathrooms but we’d have to share the shower.
Im kind, communicate openly, very accountable person and I’m never toxic and would like a roommate that is the same way. I’m very down to earth, non-judgmental person. I’d prefer roommate who has liberal values- I don’t support either political party so it has nothing to do with politics. I’m fairly clean but not overly fanatical with house cleaning. I work from home Thursdays and Fridays doing Telehealth. Have to have non-smoker because tobacco smoke triggers my asthma. I’ve never had roommates so I can’t give you roommate reference but I can give you character references. I would like references from you too.
