To start I am a trans female, should have to say that but I’m not naive enough to think it’s not a deal breaker for some, I work running a business my father started 40+ years ago, I work every day but Sunday, I have a motorcycle I commute with most nice days and a truck in the winter. I can show proof of being more financially stable then I appear to be on paper, and if financial reliability. I’m single and respectful of my other people’s space and boundaries as long as their respectful of mine, I recently quit smoking cigs, and smoke a vape that leaves no traces or damage, but ok with doing it only outside if that’s what is requested of me! Also would prefer to have female roommates.
