I have a 1 bedroom house that I’m not at often with how much i travel.. I work from home and I used to rent my living room out to a friend who has now moved out .. So I am considering renting my actual bedroom out unless you wanted cheaper rent then I’d possibly consider keeping same set up and renting livng room out .. Honestly I prefer a female simply for the fact I really don’t want to clean up after any other men anymore.. plus im divorced, so im used to living with women for the last two decades and ill never leave the toilet seat up.. chill AF.. 420 friendly a must.. and u gots to have a good attitude.. more in detail tbd
