Large Private Bedroom for rent in a Cozy cottage type of house kept very clean.. located right outside of all the Downtown Springfield hustle.. bedroom with queen size bed and bedframe, plenty of seating in the house.. bedroom has large closet with built-in pull out drawers.. there is one 10 year old indoor dog that is very well trained, will win your heart over within seconds and ive never met a human whom he hasnt won over yet but he mostly stays in his qaurters out of the way.. one shared bathroom as well as laundry accessed thru the bedroom being rented but will never be accessed unannounced… 1 car garage for any excess storage needs.. awesome neighbors on both sides and located directly across the street from a daycare and near a few local schools. I do like to keep the place tidy and i do clean regulary but you will be responsible for your area.. dishes are handwashed and there is no tub just stand up shower stall with glass doors…the entire house will be all yours when im gone at times.. shared spaces are the living room (also my sleeping qaurters), dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and outside areas such as patio area and garage.. off street and on street parking available.. when I am in town I’m a bit of a homebody and love lounging with Blitz (my dog) and it’s very rare that I have company.. im about the most easy going chill guy you can meet despite my appearance being that I’m absolutely covered in tattoos i get along with all types. I’ve had horrible luck holding the room for individuals in the past so the only way im agreeing to hold the room is if the entire sum of rent is paid in advance I do require a small deposit but for the right fit we can work something out. It’s a perfect set up for a travel nurse/tech( previous roommate) or any other professional just searching for a safe place to spend your down time. Any roommate of mine must be 420 friendly but all cigarettes do stay outside..
