36y/o newly divorcee changing careers. Im from PA and will be attending flight school in pompano beach from september to march. I am seeking somewhere close to the airpark during those times. I am a mechanic/handyman by trade now. I am old school, honest, respectful, tidy, clean, quiet, normal guy, no criminal history. I do have kids but will be traveling alone. When not in school ill be working part time. Looking for similiar roomate who can show me around or give pointers too. I also have had roomies at my place in pa from this site so now on the other end of it. and run an air bnb. Thanks
