Room is easily accessible from back entrance of house and bathroom is right next to room as well. You would have access to kitchen, living, and dining rooms, as well as deck, hot tub, porch, and outside features. You can have as much or little privacy as you’d like. I am pretty flexible so ask questions to see if we can be a good match. Electric, water, sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning included. I live in the house and have 50/50 custody of my 3 well behaved kids 8,10,and 12. When i have them, they reside with me. We all have bedrooms upstairs. I have 2 cats in the house. I work fulltime and am in school. I am responsible, respectful, quiet, dont smoke, have a clean, tidy house, and would appreciate the same in a roomate.
