I’m Gina. I am a Banking Professional currently residing in a winter weekly rental (close to my job) until I get a share soon, hopefully (I’m open to several areas). I have also served in the Insurance Industry for the past eight years, and intend to move my licencing here to New Jersey so that I can sell insurance again on the side. I am gone a lot. I have no furniture to move in because I sold it all from a house I lived in and owned for ten years in another City I grew up in. It was time to move on. I love New Jersey and am here also to be closer to family. I really am starting over from scratch. My age is kind of “bullhockies” to me, because I don’t feel a day over 27. I’ve finally accepted I am a person, NOT “a number” so will just be myself (27!), and NOT act a number or an “age.” I hope that you will see me this way as well; a person. A bit about me: I am ambitious, active, I love to explore a lot (new ideas, books, places and learn about people and community), I have an entrepreneur spirit, lived overseas most of my youth (12 to 18), I read a lot (instead of watching television) and am out a lot exercising, etc. I am a nonsmoker, do no drugs, and am a nondrinker of alcohol (except to celebrate, rarely). I love both food and fitness. I am a foodie. So, I will likely leave things I cook to share with you if you wish. I am a “Giver.” I am reliable in rent and have plenty of references prior to owning my house. I am quiet (listen to soft music on occasion). I strive to be always clean, considerate, and respectful of people’s personal space, and their world. I hope to find someone who is the same. Things I don’t like: If one lies to me, isn’t straight forward, doesn’t communicate effectively, or looks for the worst verses the best in people. I hate gossip and love to stay positive. I am Christian yet that alone does not define me. I know many “Christians” who are jerks. My focus on Christianity is to become a better person, period, NOT more judgemental (as sadly can happen). I need to please, although I have absolutely nothing against gay people (and many in my life have been my dearest friends), please know that I am not in search of this type of relationship just because I say, “I prefer to room with females.” Some have misthought this and wanted to seek this type of relationship with me. The only relationship I will offer as a roommate is to be cordial, respectful, kind and considerate of your feelings, life choices, your personal space, and your home (which I will help to take very good care of). I hope to be a positive addition to your home. I am searching for the same. Also, if you have any pets, I will love them! ♥️ l have had several pets in my life. I am fully vaccinated with boosters. I’d like to rent for six months to a year, possibly more if things work out, mutually. Thank you to read my bio.
