29-year-old, white male. I am employed full-time and can pay my fair-share of the rent.

I am a gamer and am quiet and reserved, choosing to keep to myself. I mind my own business and am not looking to develop anything special with housemates. Do not be deceived by the tone of this description: I am friendly. You just won’t find me suggesting we go shopping at the mall together where I then yell ‘shotgun’ to be the front passenger in your vehicle. In my spare time, you’ll find me in my bedroom, probably playing video games on my computer or watching Netflix or something.

As being on my computer is generally how I spend most of my free time after work, the only thing I require is direct access to the router, and high-speed internet. My computer lacks onboard Wi-Fi and adapters do not provide speed or reliability for what I like to do on my computer. If this is an issue or the house/apartment lacks high-speed internet, I will be willing to pay for that in addition to what I owe for rent.

I currently do not have any pets, and I do not use tobacco products. I am ‘cannabis friendly’ as designated by this website, although I do not (currently?) smoke it. I don’t really care for someone’s gender, their sexual orientation, what they do for a living, etc., I am just looking for somewhere to live with someone who is as chill as I am.

I will likely not have any visitors to the house/apartment between family and friends, and certainly no visits from a drug dealer or surprise visits from an ex-girlfriend who is dropping off a child. I am not a party person and am more introverted. Ideally, any housemate who is the opposite would have parties off property as I do sometimes need to work on Saturday.
