Hi there 👋!! I’m a government employee looking for a comfortable place to call home. My budget is flexible depending on the space and living situation.
A little about me; I’ve been in the area for a year. Landlord is looking to sell home in the summer. My lease expires September timeframe. I am quiet, clean, and respectful, definitely more of an introvert. I don’t party and enjoy a peaceful home environment. Hobbies include movies, the gym, shopping, and outdoor activities. I’ll be living alone, though my fiancé may visit occasionally. Since we have a home out of state, his visits will be occasional and short-term. On extended holidays, I will most likely travel back home.
What I’m Looking for; A clean, calm space with a private bathroom. Preference an unfurnished basement w kitchenette. I don’t have pets, but I’m pet-friendly if you do!
I’d love to start with a short-term lease while we get acquainted, with the option to renew if it’s a good fit. However, if only a 12-month lease is available, I’m open to that as well.
