About the room

Move in ready private bedroom with shared bathroom. Fully furnished with a full bed and linen will be provided. Bedroom door is equipped with knob that unlocks with private security pin.

Would prefer a non-smoker with no pets. Common areas included a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area and a laundry area that has a brand-new washer and dryer. Each roommate will have a personal use full size fridge.

We strive to maintain a clean home with roommates that are clean and courteous towards each other. Home/common areas are professionally cleaned once a month.

The home is centrally located in the Green Run area of VA Beach (across the street from Green Run high school). Beautiful area, within minutes from grocery stores, shopping centers, dining and so much more.

Tours are done by appointment and leases are signed on the second Saturday of the month but can accommodate your schedule with proper notice. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions.
