I am friendly, clean, neat, organized, quite. I am financially stable so paying rent will never be an issue. I mind my own business and am very respectful towards others. If a roommate is sleeping, I close the doors softly, walk silently, and do my best to stay quite as possible. I am a very considerate person. I respect shared spaces. Tend to stay in my room as I have to study a decent amount but am always down to chill.
