Hi, my name is John. I’m 49, and on disability (fixed income). I don’t drink or do drugs, and I do not own any pets or have children. I’m looking for a room to rent, because the place I am living in now is being sold. I’ve lived in my current residence for 4 years, and have never missed a payment. My current landlord is willing to provide a reference, and I have other references as well who can speak on my character on my behalf. To be honest my credit is not very good because of hospital bills, but even while living away from my current residence for over a year I never missed a payment. I’m neat and tidy, and will do household chores. I keep to myself, will be respectful of the hosts rules, and need a drama free environment.
