Hello! My boyfriend and I are moving in together in the beginning of August and are looking for a 3rd room mate to split a house with! We don’t have a place picked or in mind yet. We are looking for something in Fort Collins with 3-4 bedrooms, 2+ baths, allows dogs, has a fenced backyard and is within our budget. We have 2 dogs- a 13 year old English Springer Spaniel and a 3 year old mutt. We are looking for a room mate who is respectful of our space and of shared spaces, doesn’t smoke and is okay with the occasional small party or game night. Having 2 dogs is already a lot so we would prefer no other dogs. I’m a really clean and tidy person so I would also like to live with someone who is similar. I work 2 jobs right now over 40 hours a week and my boyfriend currently works 30 hours a week outside of the house also. We are hoping to find something to split evenly in 3 rent wise, we would need 2 rooms ourselves as he likes having his space for his computer and the dog stuff. So together we could pay up to $1800.
