Hey there!

I’m Grace (she/her), a 27-year-old Bostonian with a deep love for this city. Currently, I work as a Digital Deliveries Program Coordinator in executive education, with both remote and in-person responsibilities. I have a kind and gentle emotional support cat named Shadow who loves to snuggle, respects boundaries, and behaves well.

You’ll find me friendly, easygoing, and always up for a chat. I have strong communication skills and a positive attitude. At home, I prioritize peace, clear communication, and respect for boundaries. I’m a laid-back roommate who values good vibes and mutual space-respecting.

I’m super flexible with others having guests over. You can expect me to be away one or two nights each week (I usually sleep at my partner’s, who lives alone, so he won’t be coming/staying over). I typically socialize outside of my home.

I enjoy cooking, exercising, and plan to begin my 200-hour yoga certification training next year. With a love for plants, you can look forward to having green around! Beyond work and home, I’m always looking for community and volunteer opportunities.

Regarding roommates, I value cleanliness, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendliness. I seek a positive environment and hope to connect with my future roommate(s). I’ve lived with a diverse range of individuals (have had male, female, co-ed roommates of all ages) and am accustomed to respecting boundaries and being considerate.

My current lease ends at the end of June, but I’m flexible to start a new lease or rental agreement anytime before then, even if it means overlapping. I had originally planned to renew my current lease, but my landlord recently informed me that she’s putting the house up for sale. Looking forward to potentially sharing a home with you! 🏡
