Hi everyone,

My name is Eric and I’m looking for a roommate at Wellington Parkside in Everett. Move in is flexible between June 1st - first week of July. I am an engineer working in Woburn. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful of noise levels in the evening. I enjoy skiing and ice skating in the winter.

As my roommate is moving out of state, I’m looking to start a new lease. The master bedroom is available for rent at ~ $1700. The apartment is a 2b2b at 1020sqft with an in unit laundry. The onsite gym was recently updated with new equipment.

The unit comes with one included surface lot space. Additional parking is in the garage for $100 per month. My preference is to split the cost of the garage parking and share the spot (alternating months).

The apartment is a short 5 min drive to Wellington Station (Orange line) or a 30 min walk. Wellington Station is one stop away from Assembly Row, and about a 10 min T ride to North Station.

Public tennis and pickle ball courts next door. Walking and biking trails at the doorstep. Walking distance to local bars and restaurants including Short Path, Night Shift, Nana’s Pizza, and Square Deli. Less than 10 mins to Stop & Shop, Aldi, Target, and Costco.
