Autumn

Looking for someone interested in moving in when my current roomie moves out. Roughly beginning of July, but flexible. This is for a shared leased on a furnished 2BD/2BA at Hub50House. My current roomie and I have put a lot of work into the place, and it’s super cute. Floor to ceiling windows on two sides (corner unit), and building has amazing amenities.

Costs are roughly: $2500 rent/person/mo $100 utilities/person/mo $100 maid service (every two weeks)/person/mo $25 internet/person/mo My current roomie and I have also been splitting some subscriptions (Apple Music, Amazon Prime). Exact costs would be available when the lease comes up for renewal in April.

Current roommate is moving out due to not wanting to maintain both the apartment lease and her mortgage on a lake house in another state, since she works remotely. We are great friends and have had a wonderful time together. You would be welcome to meet her and hear about her experience.

Me: Emergency physician and scientist, mainly at MGH. I am clean, tidy, generally kind. Often work odd hours. Frequent travel for conferences and locums clinical work.

You: A functional, kind human being. Absolutely no tolerance for slobs - we would have a miserable time and end up hating each other. Medical residents, attending physicians, scientists including post-docs, and other professionals would certainly be welcome.

If you’re interest, we should meet for lunch near the building and you can see the place and get a feel for the building. I love it, and in my opinion is both one of the nicest and the most central luxury building in Boston; at this price point you won’t do better.
