This is for a private room/bath in aluxury 2bd/2ba (with me and my partner in the other room). It is for the room, not total. The number is a 60 (us)/40 (you) split including utilities, internet, maid service. The unit is fully furnished, including the rented room.

Notable about location:

At North Station with green, orange, and commuter rail stops. 6 min walk to blue line, 15 to red line. On top of a Star Market, TD Garden, AMC Theaters, and more. 10 min walk through a park to MGH and Whole Foods. 5 minute walk without any street crossings to the Charles River and the esplanade paths.

Notable about building:

Amazing amenities including roof deck that takes up the top of the Citizen M hotel, 38th floor pool overlooking the city, and 15th floor gym and studio also with city overlooks. It’s incredible. Reserved parking spot available for an additional $450/mo (most people get by without a car and there are also ZipCars in the garage), in-building dropoffs for dry cleaning, FedEx/UPS/USPS. Storage units are available in building for an additional $50/mo. On-site hair cut-and-style, personal training services, and twice-monthly resident events that generally involve free drinks, mingling, and either live music or a class (eg creating a charcuterie board). Free weekly exercise classes including beginner yoga, advance yoga, HIIT, and strength training.

Couples: No. Pets: No. Cannabis: Edibles only (no smoking/vaping, thanks).

Us: I am an emergency physician and scientist. I am also a transwoman. I am clean, tidy, sunny, kind, and I have my shit together. Ariane is my (cis female) partner. She is a scientist and clean, tidy, sunny, conscientiousness. We’re both homebodies on the quieter side.

You: A functional, kind human being. Generally 30+ y/o professionals, though I would consider other circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no slobs - we would have a miserable time and end up hating each other.
