Hello my name is Charles, 47 year old family-man, nutritionist, trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I am a very clean and quiet roomie.

I’m out of the house most of the day and the majority of the time, you wouldn’t even know I was there, unless I’m cooking, which I’d be more than delighted to cook for one more if you were to join. Cooking is a hobby and i cook most of my meals. I need to stay in Wilmington as I establish myself as a permanent resident and get my business up and running.

I’m also a handy-man so i can help around the house with most repairs. If you’re looking for a real easy going roomie, I’m your guy. I love the sunshine, runs on the beach and quiet time.
